The transformation of all the public spaces, meetings rooms and restaurants at The Goodwood Park Hotel is nearing completion..

At the beginning of 2008, the refurbishment work at The Goodwood Park Hotel started in earnest. The hotel has now been completely transformed with a fresh, contemporary look to all the main communal areas and meeting and private dining rooms.

Both restaurants and bars have had a total refurbishment, creating two new distinct and exciting places to eat and drink. The Richmond Arms, in the listed part of the former coaching inn for the Goodwood Estate, now has the feel of a stylish country dining room and has a wonderful atmosphere in which to enjoy the delicious new British menus from former London chef, Alex Wood. The adjacent bar serves an interesting selection of drinks, from cask ales to cocktails. The Goodwood Bar & Grill with lovely views over the golf course, has had a similar treatment, making it a light and airy place to meet friends, relax after a swim or have a bit to eat with the children.

The nine spacious private rooms, including four break-out rooms, all have a striking new look and feel, making them a modern and stylish environment for any event. The rooms can accommodate up to 150 people theatre-style, and all benefit from delicious new menus, new table set-ups and the option to create bespoke packages suited to your needs. Conference delegates can also enjoy use of the Health Club with indoor pool, treatment rooms and the choice of our two fabulous golf courses.

Finishing touches to the hotel are are now being made, with the final work being completed by the end of May 2008. We would like to thank all our guests and Health Club members for all your understanding, patience and support during this time.
